Elementary (10 and under)The Elementary teams are
in a starter/development league. The practices will be held on Thursdays at 3:30 at the Roosevelt rink. Some
of the Varsity players will be coaching these teams. The players will learn skating techniques, positional play, and
gain an overall understanding of the game of hockey.
Parents, here are some tips to ensure that your hockey
player is always ready to play for practice or games:
- Always check their bags for all equipment - helmet, skates, elbow
pads, shin guards, gloves, stick, etc.
- Always bring a sport bottle of water - one with a large neck so that it makes
it easy to drink through the face mask.
